Norstar says" exiting the system" when pressing ** for remote voicemail.
Update:It turns out that the entire voicemail was full. The entire agency is working remotely and haven't cleared their messages. I rebooted the voicemail and I thought I lost it but after 25 mins the system came back. I am able to press ** and retrieve messages remotely. Learn something new...- Pat.W

Norstar says" exiting the system" when pressing ** for remote voicemail.
The title says it all but a Norstar that has been running since the beginning of time now says "exiting the system" when you call the main number and press **. The voicemail is up and running and i can dial users extensions and reach their mbox's.- Pat.W
