    The time on the chassis is correct but the time on the phones is incorrect. I have the correct zone entered in 10.01. I can update the time via admin in the phones, but when the system updates from NTP is when the time on the phones is changed to the wrong time. BTW - these are VOIP phones.

    I have a customer with a SL1100 system served by charter (spectrum) PRI service. The customer is located in Georgia and they have an employee in California. When they transfer a call to the employee in California, the transfer itself works fine. However, the caller-Id info is not transferred...
