I have rebooted the phone system. It is affecting users that do and do not have hot desking enabled.
I am going to check another user that has a 1416 and see if it is affecting them as well.
I know this is a legacy system and is finally approved for replacement.

After a power supply failure and connectivity issues to the VM pro server. It appears to be stable for the moment.
