Did a full reboot on the phone system, the server that the IP Manager is installed on and all of the phones. No change.
I even downloaded a totally different 46xxsettings files to see if ours was corrupt and that made no difference either.
I'm going to preface this by saying I know just enough about this phone system to add users and navigate around IP Office Manager.
We have Avaya 1616-I phones. We use IP 500V2
IP Office Manager is version 9.1.11.0 build 202
The backlight has all of a sudden stopped dimming on the entire phone...
