I'm having a similar problem to this, the think is my backup's were working. But in the last week or so I'm being denied access.
I don't think anything has been changed on the network.
Does anyone know the correct demo registration id for this product as the one listed on the internet site does'nt work.<br>
As I'm in the United Kingdom and International calls are blocked where I work I can't find out the correct code.<br>

When backing up a Windows NT workstation the backup failed with the reather criptic<br>
message which said<br>

E8524 Received unrecognized command from the client agent. (COMMAND=0)<br>

Anyone have any ideas what this maybe talking about.<br>
