Aloha Takeout - checks closing as cash on EOD
Hi everyone, Recently we integrated with Checkmate for Uber and DoorDash orders and we're having issues that a number of checks close on EOD as cash. Majority of them closes with "Web check was freed because it was empty" in the reports - but some of them stay open until EOD. I don't have...- svedex

Hey there. I think you'll need to install aloha pos as well and put sec keys and hook up the hasp key as well. Is hdd totally dead? Can recover it?- svedex

Aloha Table Service Terminal Spooling EDC Files
You either have variable issues - meaning your pathing to edc foler on terminal is not good or your edc account on BOH (the account that is set to run edc service) doesn't have permission to reach terminal\bootdrv\aloha\edc folder - which suggests Windows permissions.- svedex
