Hi Has anyone experienced silent voicemails when using sip.
Customer receives a lot of voicemail, the persons calling is saying they have left messages which does show in the mailbox but it is complete silence.
The trace from sip provider is not showing any issues or at least showing the call...

I am wondering if anyone has had any issues with the NEC SV9100 crashing(completely rebooting) when using sip trunks. This happens randomly and could be while on 1 call or 10 no obvious pattern to it.
