Upgrade from 8.1.91 to 11.0 issue
I am remote to both systems. The server I am on is in data center and the ip offices are in two different buildings. There are 4 other systems like the one that only shows the ip500. I guess I’ll try upgrading them all to 9.0 and see if it shows the rest of the stuff then. The systems not...- IPOffice Tony

Yes teletechman but did you see the first one? It only shows the IP 500 and not all the other stuff under it like the second one does. The first is an 8.1.91 the second one is a 9.0- IPOffice Tony

I have done 100's of upgrades but have never ran into anything like this any info on this would be greatly appreciated. When I go to do the upgrade it only shows the ip office 500 and not the other stuff that needs upgrading. I have attached pictures to show what i mean...- IPOffice Tony
