    No change with a different router either. It working, after putting the call on hold, but then no longer working after subsequent holds, really throws me.

    Thanks for the suggestions. Remote Extn is enabled and the router isn't configured to be doing any magic. I might try another router and see what happens. It's just a consumer grade system. I'm not sure about the codecs, but I disabled ulaw and alaw with no difference.
