    SV8100 - 47-13 to phone number

    I am trying to set it up so when someone dials an option, it goes to an outside number. Dial our number -> Option 1 -> outside number I go to 47-13 and try entering the number but I cant use enough digits. So I am pretty sure I am missing steps. How would I go about doing this?
