Thanks guys. I ended up logging shortly after this post to see that I have to save and reboot for smtp changes to take effect. Fairly shocking unless there is a way to apply these settings w/o having to reboot in some way?
I had created smtp relays in o365 before but w/ MFA things are a bit...
I'm green w/ these avaya systems but perhaps you guys can let me know if I've missed something obvious here w/ my diagnostics.
I've got an smtp relay which this phone system IP has access to and can send via CLI (verified via another IP on same subnet that is allowed and functioning via telnet)...
