I'm trying to back-up our system onto a new SD card.
When I go into the advanced options and try to recreate the SD card all the options are greyed out and unavailable.
Is it possible that the Administrator doesn't have access to that option? Perhaps another user is the only one able to...

Curious if anyone here has experience with Avaya Call Reporting for IP Office.
I've got a client who's expressed interest in tracking user call time and generating reports. Seems like a robust platform but I'm wondering if it's practically/intuitively useful.

Recently reprogrammed 3-sidecar setup and in the process deleted the toggle that turned the night service on/off.
Configured a work around using a two button dial *20*N# and *21*N#. I know there's a toggle solution but I can't seem to figure it out. Hoping someone here might know.
