Finally it works using huntgroup and using the group dial in button programming. Thanks again for the help.- Khampas

Okkie26: I tried the huntgroup and put the reception's extension in it but it doesnt shows the HG name on the receptionnist's phone; it shows the phone's user id. sizbut: you're right i dont need the dial.
