PC Pro looks like another piece of software to purchase. Unfortunately, probably not happening.
Well I am convinced if I need changes this involved, bringing in help the first few times is a good idea.
Here's 22-11 though:
Target 1 is a 1, target 2 is a 0. Line 11, Fall over IRG is checked.
22-12 DID Fall over IRG, that table has all 1's entered.
300 + 301 are in ring group 1, and 301/2/0/5 are in ring groups 2 and 3.
Here's what 22-05 looks like:
All of the trunks have a 1 entered under the mode columns, even those not visible.
Does that mean only ring group 1 is being used?
Another question, I am fairly certain extension 300...

I have another question, I attached two screenshots of our current group ring setup. Image 1 is 22-04 rg1, then rg2 and rg3 are setup the same, in picture 2. 301 is the operator, 300 I believe rings a group of phones, and 302, 305 are actual...

Here's what I'm being asked to set up. Currently, incoming calls ring a group of phones, if the operator does not answer, or she is on a call already. They would like it changed...
