I installed an AACC 7.1
When we used the AAAD, the phonebook is in grey even the Agent statistic could not appear the skillset.
I configured already the LDAP into the Multimedia and test it and it's working.
When i'm using the email contact type the agent statistic it's working but not...

With AACC release 7.1.1 I could not use the phonebook. How to activate it.
Into the CCMM, it's check already for the LDAP phonebook.
If somebody has an idea, it will be great
