we have new business request that they need to send the Real time CMS feed to new host , so they requesting two more sessions.
just wanted to know the procedure .
do we just need to get the new additional session license from Avaya .

we seeing some strange issue - customers are hearing hold music on calls intermittently .
on the CM list trace station we do see that Hold and unhold keeping happening back and forth but Agent is not even touching the HOLD button

my last question - I have edited the /etc/hosts and edited the bp.conf and rta.conf files and added the new verint details .
is there anything I should do to take it effect like restart the server anything like that

my requirement is to send the Agent and Historical FILE to Verint server for every 30 min interval and also to push the real time Data to Verint on a RTA-BP interface .
so I should edit only bp.conf...
We have new Verint server integrated to Avaya AES for recording.
but we need to add that server in CMS server in blue pumpkin interface .
so that every 30 min the historical and Agent report will be sent to Verint server .
but Agent and customer talk path has no Audio issue , it just not recorded on the Verint.
do you think its a media resource issue ?

We are not sure how this is happening...we have " automatically sign into acd server * option unchecked .
