so i have tried everything
made sure idsn is set to network clock source,,,took out old T1 completely
have upgraded to 11.0.4.1 tested made 100 plus calls no issues
first thing this AM it did it again
I had carrier busy out ch. 1 on the dss T1 and then i took out of service channel 1 and...
Inbound Best Match fails
upgraded to R11.0.4.0 DSS T1
system was super stable passed rigorous tests. a week or so later started having issues
have isolated it down to Best match. have logs. its weird as a reboot of systems and it comes back up...then randomly starts to do it again, then goes...
