i úe Media Manager to recording call, but when i playback call, most calls greater than 5 minutes are only heard for about 2 minutes (not all). Detail of record show 5' but on interface playback only show 2'.
I using IPO server edition 11.0.4 sp1 and 2 Expansion.

i have a system include: 1 IPOCC(R9), 1 IPOSE(R9) + 2 IPO 500V2(EXPANSION R9).
License upgrade: OK
Now, i want upgrade all to virtual, i upgraded IPOCC to R10 and IPOSE R11, but i don't know convert 2 EXPANSION 500v2 to SE.
Please tell me solution.

i have topology ACR, Master - Standby.
When i turn off ACR Master, ACr Standby auto active and record normal, the system working good,
Then, i turn on ACR Master but it do not take control, i take control to manual.
How to automatic Master-Stanby ??
