Nortel BCM50 - Voicemail & Autoattendand
Hi There I have a BCM50 setup for autoattendand. I have two problems with it, but not sure how to resolve it, hoping that you can help? 1) Each DN has a shortcut key to it, and is set to FWD to 334(Voicemail) on no answer.
