In Monitor, What is the SIP phone status? Are both the phone AND user logged in? I believe I have seen this happen when it only shows the user logged in. If you are using the same user as before, but pointing to a SIP extension, you may need to delete and recreate the user.
Licensing can be a pain, I believe it straight up requires power user since its the mobile version and not desktop/tablet.
If you're not using an SBC, setting up NAT/Port Forwarding can be "interesting".
Lastly discovering that the auto configure needs the IPO to have a valid cert, not just one...
I've had the button editing mess up on various versions.
I did discover I could right click on the field I wanted to edit and it would provide a drop down menu to select the action or value.
Just fixed this on ours so we could use the web file manager in IE to upload the expired TCS cert to the delete folder.
