    Blocking internal dialing on IPO

    A system has two internal extension ranges, e.g. 2XX and 5XX. Is there a way that you can bar the 2XX users dialling the 5XX users? I have tried various user and system short codes, but the IPO always matches the extension first before going to the short codes.
