Order types shouldn't be the issue, because multiple order types (begin table, check ID, to-go) work just fine in other RVC's. Micros 3700 - Service Charge Issue
I have input an option for an 18% gratuity to be added for large parties. The service charge will apply to the check just fine, but it causes some tickets to be unable to close out. Certain tickets will give a "transaction code not allowed" error. I have not noticed any similarities in tender...- emilykerr
