Some calls skipping receptionist and being auto-answered on speaker?
A very strange problem has popped up recently. Randomly some calls seem to completely skip ringing the main reception phone (or maybe do a half ring) and are instead immediately transferred to an extension and picked up on speaker phone. Norstar MICS going from T1 to Fiber internet
Our company currently uses a Norstar MICS with a T1 connection for our phone service. Our phone company (ATT) wants to get rid of this T1 line and move our internet and phone onto the same, faster Fiber Optic service. Are there any issues to be aware of when making this change?
