IPOCC R10.1 with IP Office 500V2 R11 SIP extension not registered
In IPOCC, it seems like the file type is always the culprit for an announcement that doesn't play. If the system goes to dead air for the exact amount of time of the announcement, check your file type and settings. (Just like the MOH settings on the IPO.)- AndyOpp

IPO Enterprise Server Based with 500v2 Expansion Unit - SIP Challenge
Greetings, all! We have some analog stations and fax lines sitting on the 500v2 expansion unit that connects to our IPO Server Edition (v11). All of our voice services are SIP trunks via an Avaya SBC. I don't know what changed, but none of our analog stations can make outbound calls now...- AndyOpp
