Alright, looks that the mystery is now solved for the most part. The setting that determines if the transaction is going to use ISL and Fidelio is within the Tender section. Option is "Use ISL TMED Procedure Instead of PMS Interface". If that is not checked, it uses the standard MICROS interface.
