    My customer wants to be able to retrieve a Parked Call by using a 3rd party system connected to the Option 61C via E&M Tie Trunks. Once the tie trunk is accessed and hear dial tone, we are dialing the SPRE code (1) plus 72 and the 4 digit park code. But all we get is a fast busy after the 172...
