Could someone please walk me through the steps on how to create a report with: Inputs: "Dates" (can input a single day or range) & "Splits/Skills" Column Headers: "Login ID" "NCH" "AHT" "ATT" "ACW" & "ACWOUTTIME" Rows are each individual associate's name/metrics.
