    Yeah, because the system has been running fine for a few years and now all of the sudden has this issue makes me think it's a carrier issue. The customer is going to have them come out and test the lines. Thanks for everyone's help!

    I was leaning towards carrier issue as well. If it's just one of the trunks that would make sense as to why it only happens occasionally. Also, this system has been installed for years with no issues.

    Yes, nothing fancy. All calls go to the main hunt group (200) and every ext is in the hunt group.

    I have a IP Office customer who has been having issues with ghost calls. They have 4 analog lines and digital phones. Occasionally they will receive a call and when they pickup no one is on the other end. Seconds later the person calls back and users are able to hear them. This doesn't happen...
