Main phone number not reaching auto attendant
Voicemail type is voicemail pro. Main phone desination I am unclear and also, where can I locate that in offfice manager? We're currently trying to get an authorized dealer to come diagnose this. No lights are blinking when calling.- Opspecialist

Voicemail does work. We called in using one of the 20 different numbers and dialed our extension. Let it ring until voicemail took over. When someone outside calls in with our main number, it just keeps ringing and nothing else happens. Im not sure if someone else has the login information...- Opspecialist
