Resolved.
1. Deleted all IVR Configuration
2. Create new IVR

I had some fun with the IVR configuration - OK not really.
I had problems connecting the IVR to the CHAP server - that is now resolved. However, I have the following error:
"E6309a 22:54:50.700 VC_INT_ERROR [0x00001348] TSE_Package::got invalid TaskserverId"
