So I checked in the office mgr and saw that call park short code is *37*N# and unpark is *38*N# where N is the extension for the park line (80) for us. When I tried that command on the e129 it just goes to fast busy and says call failed.

does anyone know if the e129 sip series phones support park calls? I have scoured the internet but have come up empty and our Avaya reseller is next to useless. thanks in advance.
