We are running MIVB Release level: 10.0 SP1. I am having an issue where by using the desk phone is showing as a live call on the Micollab. The exts are all in a PRG as per below.
For example. PRG is 80565
Ext 80565 is the Micollab Softphone
840565 is the 6905 Deskphone
808565 is a...
Does any one have any idea on how you can amend a Grandstream HT 801 to pick up on 1st ring? (if possible at all) I have one linked to a tannoy as a generic SIP running of MiVB v9 and it answers but only on the 5th rign?

Yeah just standard SIP Trunks - I have been through all settings and I am stumped - I do sometimes wonder who signs things off at Mitel when new features are installed!

Hi - We are running MIVB 9.1 SP2 alongside MICC 9.3.4.0. I have configured everything for Agent Greetings and can hear the greetings announced to the agent upon answering a call, however the greeting prompt is played about 5 seconds in to the call. I cant see any timer on anything around this...
OK - So whilst making an outbound call and completing it will reset the Idle clock - the real Idle time since ACD call would be different to what we see on the Ignite screen?
This makes sense as to why I am seeing the jumps - shame you cant see an Idle since last ACD/Group call

A live view via Web Ignite - So looking on Ignite at the Group I will sometimes see agent 1 idle for 10 mins, agent 2 idle for 4 mins and agent 3 idle for 1 min - A call will come in via the queue and go to agent 3 - skipping the two longer idle agents

Hi - I struggled with DNIS and DNIS Groups for a report I needed to pull a while back. In our MICC YSE I enabled Child Reporting for the branch which gave me the basic info i needed in regards to how many people had hit that option. This may suffice for you
