    They are all zeros for 20-29, which i'm assuming is the default timer class. Appreciate all your help!

    Hi Belevedere, I increased 24-02-03 to 360, and kept 24-02-04 at 12. It still rang twice on the mobile cell phone and revert back to the voicemail of the extension. Are there anything other settings that might have caused this?

    I played around with 24-02-03 Delayed Call Forward Time. It's currently set at 12. If I set the number lower, then the forwarded call will go to voicemail quicker (Within one ring). However, increasing the time has no effect, the forwarded call will go to voicemail within 2 rings.
