calls are getting recorded delay of 10mins in nice app, after login into avaya onex agent softphone
Hi All, i am working in a call center where we are using avaya onex agent (softphone)for taking calls, NICE application for recording of those calls and CMS application to monitor agents. i will appreciate if anyone have any idea regarding my issue. issue : first call is not getting recorded...- chetann
