All - thanks for your input. And yes I would have gotten lost in the solution. I had our tech rep work on this, and he walked me through many many steps to get the calls to ring through at my desk. curlycord, thank-you for your reply. I can follow what you wrote. But having no clue how I "got here", and no experience except with the most basic of settings, ... should I simply wait for my Tech people on Monday for further instruction? Thanks for the information.- NealFitz
