I support 7 of our unity systems. 1 of which has a universal access number that can be dialed and the user enters their vm id. On the others users call their own phone/vm to access messages. How would I find out the universal access number? or... how would I set one up? Thanks!

I figured a way to do it... brackets. I was able to get 503-573-(6666-6669) to work with a cti route with the line as 503573666[69]. Two questions;
1. how would I do the range 5035736000-5035736699?
2. when I set up a test cti route I was able to find the route by searching for 'contains'...
