I tested each cable from the phone to the wall plate, from the wall to the patch panel, and then patch panel to switch. They all were good. all pc are daisy chained off the phone and do not lose a connection. For a helpdesk desk that gets all main call should they have a for with more pickup...
I setup the helpdesk with phone with 5 other phone with a button to pick up the call. Calls will randomly drop in the middle of the call. I have 3 other departments with the same setup and not having issues.
They all have 7841 model phones. after the 4 ring calls are routed to our 3rd party...
