Hi I have heard back from Avaya there is not going to be a patch for this problem they are going to bring out the fix in November in the next release of software build 11 so nothing will be fixed until then if I hear anything more before the date I will let you all know. Its better to burn out...

No The last reply I had said still ongoing and they have noticed this on various levels of release 11 still no official fix as im aware im still awaiting Avaya have you logged a fault about this with Avaya yourself ?

Hi I have a case open with Avaya I suggest you also open a case I’m still awaiting more info back from avaya I’ve been sending traces etc so if you do too it might get resolved quicker
