Good Day,
Has anyone done or was tasked to add a second line to a SIP Viper phone if so what option/feature would that be associated with. I know MDA allows you to register an extension on multiple devices but I would like to add an extension to a SIP viper device if possible. A Viper phone...
Good day,

Thank you KCFLHRC for reminding me about the clocking. I checked the clocks and found 1 in DTI061 and issued the tracking command to get that back to locked to slot 1 but, I'm still receiving the DTA203 201 0 0, DTA203 204 0 1 DTA203 203 0 2 errors with RAI errors still going up.
I would like to know is there anything I can do or is it my telco provider issue.
I am getting
DTA203 0 0, 1, 2
DTA201 0 0, 1, 2
DTA204 0 0, 1, 2
errors
I am thinking it is a far end alignment issue in LD 60 when I do a lcnt the RAI counter was over 2,000 on each one of these loops which I...
Good Day has anyone ran into an issue where your two DNs associated with the operators go straight to voicemail instead of ringing out if you call them directly. They are idle and you can make calls from them MSB is not enabled or call forwarding.
Thanks Firebird for the response but, when I'm in PDT and I do devs I see the PTYs 16 of them are these not part of the 3 configured PTY on the PBX? I also notice that when I login via putty it always grabs... 19 /pty/ptty08.S

@FirebirdScrambler...yes, I did the good ole stare and compare and I mean all their settings match. I sent an email to datapulse and they suggested that it is a services issue that is all they could tell me without a renewal of the maintenance contract and the client isn't in a hurry to do that...
