    NEC SV8100 Calling problem

    Hello, i'm new with NEC and I have a problem that I cant solve. When the extension 665 calls to 661, it answers the extension 635. but when extension 661 calls 665 there are no problems. Also, when extension 665 calls 631, the entire busy tone sounds. Please, help me :( Thanks.
