NEC SV8100 External Calling issue
Thank you conxtel! I had a feeling it may be something simple that we had just overlooked trying to find something more complicated. The user in question was initially installed with a different extension, to troubleshoot we then changed it. I think in the process the original trunk key...- jrl_87
