    Thanks for the replies... If I look under extensions, I do not see the extensions that I have setup with users. In other words, if I have for example ext 521 for user "Bob" it will not show up under extensions. It only shows what I believe are the available ones. So, how do I match them?

    IPO 9 500v2 Have a mix of IP 9608G and 9508 digital phones. IP phones log back on automatically after a reboot or power failure but my regular digital phones do not. Can someone please tell me how to accomplish this if possible? I do not have Force Login checked and all phones have a login...
