Backup Update Error! (on Philips SOPHO iS3000)
Hi! We've found a solution! This message (backup update error) means that there is an error on the file structure. So, in order to fix this you have to rebuild the LBU files. Hi there everybody! We're facing this issue where we can't perform any changes under OM command. Only display commands are working. Every time we send any command like CHCASC, OM returns BACKUP UPDATE ERROR (see image). We don't know what is wrong. Any hint...- Diego Junges
