    Computer not staying on

    I've seen this happen (funnily enough on a 775 Pentium D) due to a faulty fan sensor. Although I wouldn't discount the possibility of a faulty thermal sensor on the CPU itself. Change the fan, if that doesn't help, change the CPU.
