Any idea why IPOCC program takes time to load?
What we normally do is we turned-on their computer and launch the IPOCC 30 minutes or 1 hour before these agents (about 30 agents) start taking their calls.
Any inputs how to load it fast? The RAM of the CPU is 8GB.
One of our agents experienced an issue with his IPOCC software. He cannot dial using his IPOCC program.
It did not hanged up, it's just that he cannot dial using his IPOCC after an hour or so.
What he did is to log-out and restart / relaunch his IPOCC to be able to use it again.
