You'll have to excuse my ignorance. I know very little about the system or PBX's in general but I have been tasked with overseeing it's functions.
We have not checked with the carrier. I will look into this. The users tell me it was working fine before the power issue and I recall it working...

We have a NEC NEAX2000 IVS PBX that recently suffered from a power failure. We have the system back up and running but all outside calls show up as DDD on the user's phones.
How does one turn Caller ID back on system wide?
