@Sarond Many thanks, I am working with a backup file from the server. I am guessing that the installation file for CCM is not available anymore freely.

They are, but they are suggesting a new system with system upgrades etc etc. They are suggesting that licences would be hard to come across and would not be re-issued. The Contact Centre solution ran on a Win2003 Server.

I dont have the software to install from. IS anyone able to post CCM: 6.0.3.0. for me.
