BCM50 main line mailbox uninitialized but then GD Mailbox?

Thank you for the quick response! Unfortunately I have absolutely no idea what this initial mailbox is as I certainly didn't set it up and it gives no clue as to which one it is.- sterlinghosting

BCM50 main line mailbox uninitialized but then GD Mailbox?
Good afternoon This is pertaining to calls coming in from an outside line Our BCM50 recently choked up it's general delivery mailbox as no one was checking them. I cleared them all out but now when someone calls and the call is not answered, rather than go through to GD mailbox I get the Nortel...- sterlinghosting
