BCM50 - Send call to voicemail if set is in use
Is there anyway to send to VM if the line is busy? Or, do i have to have an auto-attend on that line only with an option to go to that set - and then if busy it will go to vm?- bingie

We have line 067 set to appr/ring on only 1 set (227). How can we configure this to send the call to the VM (also #227) if the set is in use?- bingie
