It ended up being a bad USB port on the 1120e phone, replaced phone and it worked.- Topdog5

Jabra Pro headset and Avaya voip 1120e
I have hooked up the headset to the phone and changed the settings in the phone to allow a headset. When I reboot the jabra base I hear tones in the headset but I don't get dial tone when trying to use the headset.- Topdog5
